What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Own the delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
- Support audit and risk management activities.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Strong background in financial operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
- PQ (Part-Qualified), QBE (Qualified by Experience), or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
