Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils as directed.
Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Encourage pupil participation and help build confidence in learning.
Work collaboratively with staff to support the school’s inclusion and additional support objectives.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are:
Enthusiastic about working with children and supporting their education.
Patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
Reliable and committed to contributing to the school community.
Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
