Location: Peterborough (Head Office)
Salary: £28,000 per annum + uncapped 10% commission on every placement
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client brief to successful placement.
Build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Source top talent using a mix of job boards, networking, and social media.
Guide candidates through every stage of their career journey.
Meet and exceed your targets and enjoy the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.

Previous experience in a 360-recruitment role (sector experience flexible).
