Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Assist in maintaining and updating IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support the setup of new employee workstations and onboarding IT requirements.
Ensure all systems are up to date with security patches and antivirus software.
Perform regular system backups and assist in data recovery when necessary.
Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
Assist in maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards of best practices.
