The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC PIN and have experience in leading and managing a team. The role involves ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards, conducting care plan and medication audits, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, families, and staff. Requirements:
