Summary

Vibe Recruit are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, delivering excellent service, and working in a role where no two days are the same.

You will play a key role in handling customer enquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring every interaction is delivered with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will take pride in getting things right first time, remain calm under pressure, and work collaboratively with colleagues to support customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Participate in a shared on-call rota to support emergency call-out and out-of-hours service lines.

  • Process customer orders, track deliveries, and manage returns.

  • Complete general administrative tasks in support of the wider customer service function.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, company policies, and service procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards.

  • Support additional customer service and team activities as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

  • Previous customer service/contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Confident using technology and customer systems.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.

  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent service.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with Salesforce or Sage is advantageous but not required.

This is a fixed 3 month contract that could go on longer - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and paid monthly
