About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a loving mum with three wonderful children. Two of the children are autistic and have learning disabilities with limited communication skills and require close supervision. The eldest child has epilepsy.
This role involves providing practical, emotional, and hands-on support within the family home. You will help with daily routines, care needs, play, activities, and household tasks to ensure the children are safe, happy, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Greet the children from the school bus and supervise them safely home.
Support the children with the transition between school and home.
Help the children regulate their emotions and engage in sensory or calming activities.
Assist the parent with implementing behaviour management and sensory plans.
Encourage the children to take part in play and stimulating activities.
Support the parent with maintaining daily routines and household chores.
Supervise the children within the family home.
Assist with personal care needs and bedtime routines.
Administer prescribed medication to the children as required.

Reliable and confident working within a busy family home.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Experience supporting autistic children or young people with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
Understanding of behaviour management and sensory regulation.
Experience of working with children or young people with disabilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond sensitively to individual needs.
