We are looking for compassionate, motivated and proactive individuals to join our Reablement Team. As a Reablement Support Worker you will play a key role in helping people regain independence and confidence after illness, injury or a hospital stay - supporting them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
You will work closely with individuals to create tailored reablement plans, focusing on what they can do, not what they cant. Every day is different, every small success makes a big difference.
We have several permanent posts available for Support Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic and have good communication skills to come and join our Reablement Team:
1 x 30 hour per week
3 x 24 hours per week
1 x 18 hour per weekandnbsp;
Our main priority is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to join the team and we will provide you with training for all the required work tasks, as well as the opportunity to shadow existing colleagues as part of your induction.

You can expect to receive regular supervision and appraisal, outstanding training and development opportunities. The duties are varied and no two days are the same. The role is extremely rewarding and you can make an important difference to the individuals you are supporting.
The service operates over a 7 day period from 7.30am - 10pm based on a shift rota including some weekends on a 12 week rota.
