- First month: Like stepping into a new squad, you'll spend time learning routines and building trust. You'll use pre-prepared lesson materials to lead classes, showing students you're empathetic and warm-hearted as well as authoritative.
- Second month: By now, you'll be a familiar presence. Schools will request you because you bring calm authority and structure, no matter the subject or age group.
- Third month: You'll be established as one of Alton's go-to Cover Supervisors, known for reliability, adaptability, and professionalism.
Coaching is about progress, not perfection. You've guided individuals to build confidence, resilience, and teamwork. In the classroom, you'll do the same - only this time, the "team" is a group of students, and the outcomes are academic success, personal growth, and belief in themselves.
