About the Role
The Support and Administration Officer provides vital administrative and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery. This role plays a key part in assisting management with workforce coordination, data management, documentation, and communication with clients and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to management and field teams.
Coordinate schedules, staff rosters, and client visit records.
Maintain accurate digital and paper-based records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent communication.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required by management.
Support staff recruitment, induction, and training logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, immigration law, and employment regulations.
Assist in quality assurance audits and compliance reviews.
Perform other duties as required by the Team Manager or Senior Management.

Qualifications and Professional Requirements
Criteria Essential Desirable
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) ✅
NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in Business Administration, Health & Social Care, or related field ✅
Higher qualification (HND/Degree) in Administration, HR, or Management ✅
Experience working in a healthcare or staffing environment ✅
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and database management) ✅
Knowledge of right-to-work and employment compliance ✅
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✅
Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively ✅
Ability to work independently and within a team ✅
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle ✅
