Two posts can be worked as two 4-day a week posts or one full-time and one 3 days a week role

We are seeking two experienced People (HR) Advisories to support our managers and teams across the organisation. This is a hands-on role which includes travel to our projects across Bognor Regis and Fratton, to partner with our managers and support in the early identification of People concerns, and the effective solutions.

This role will suit someone who is not phased by a busy working environment where two days are never the same. Our Head Office, the base for the roles, is situated at our beautiful Country Centre with free parking and on-site café and nursery facilities.

The successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be confident liaising with all stakeholders, from senior leadership to the people we support – adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

The People Team consists of our Head of People and Development, People Administrator, Learning & Development Manager, Learning and Development Administrator, Volunteering Coordinator, and our People Advisors. We form part of a wider Central Office team alongside our colleagues in Finance, Marketing, Fundraising, and Quality.
