• Can plan, prepare and deliver teaching and learning activities under the direction of the teacher.
• Being responsible for delivering teaching and learning in the absence of the teacher.
• Has an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum enabling them to assess and support pupils.
• Implement behaviour management strategies.
