Responsibilities
Lead and manage all corporate property operations, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of properties.
Develop and execute the strategic property plan that aligns with the overall corporate strategy.
Manage the corporate real estate portfolio to ensure optimal performance, utilization, and profitability.
Oversee property budgets, manage expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support corporate initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management and real estate transactions.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate real estate or property management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and investment analysis.
Proven track record of successfully managing large property portfolios and complex transactions.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
