The role is for a industrial cleaner / maintenance person to help keep our facilities and workshop areas clean, safe and tidy.
The role will include the following tasks:-
Use of a walk behind floor cleaning / scrubber machine in workshop areas
Use of an industrial vacuum machine to clean around machinery
Use of a walk behind sweeper to clear paths and roadways
General cleaning of work surfaces, doors, walls as required
Keep an inventory of cleaning products
Update cleaning record sheets
Ensuring workshop equipment is correctly and safely stored
Assist the workshop manager with simple workshop maintenance tasks
The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in an industrial environment, and be aware of the associated risks of a general purpose workshop.
Full training in the use of equipment will be provided.
