Summary
Role Purpose:
A opportunity to join a dynamic people department supporting with
administrative tasks across People Development, Talent Acquisition and Internal
Comms. This role would suit someone who has strong attention to detail,
passionate about people and processes.
You
will work 37.5 hours a week, Mon- Fri – 9 to 5:30pm, salary: £24,000
A typical day in this role includes:
Talent Acquisition:
- Advertising roles
- Complete reporting for KPI’s
- Responding to candidate and stakeholder queries in our shared inboxes
- Sending out interview reminders
- Other administrative duties
People Development
· Maintaining internal systems with
People Development programmes.
·Supporting with invitations and admin for workshops such as travel
& accommodation to ensure they run smoothly.
· Collating information for People Development comms.
· Updating the People Development data library & sending out
regional updates.
· Creating learning modules on our internal systems & creating
learning playlists.
· Assigning and issuing welcome emails for retail management
population.
· Attending weekly & monthly People Development calls.
· Updating and maintaining internal trackers.

Internal Comms
- Supporting Head Office events.
- Provide updates for internal comms.
- Collect data and support with analysis.
- Supporting our internal recognition scheme
- Queue posts and support internal strategy
- Support our store social media pages with monitoring content and providing training.
