Summary
Parts Supervisor required for an Automotive leading Car Dealership, located in Epsom.
The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £36,000.
You must have flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, with Saturday work on a rota being paid as overtime.

Role Specification:
- Experience working within a Main Dealer Parts environment, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Understanding of brand-specific parts and systems is advisable.
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Responsibilities:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
