What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- A passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
