Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor!
Duties:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
Requirements:
- Proven experience as the SQS / Commercial Lead
- Previous experience working with a regional / national contractor
- A good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations
- A good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Good team working skills
- Good contractual knowledge
