We’re looking for a passionate Deputy Head Chef to join our vibrant team at Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, a prestigious venue where elite athletes and Olympians train.
Alongside being a top-tier training centre, Lilleshall also hosts a thriving conference and events hub, featuring recently refurbished rooms and scenic outdoor spaces perfect for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.
In this role you will support and deputise for the Executive Head Chef at Lilleshall with day-to-day issues such as colleague matters, holidays, uniform, equipment etc. You will be involved in hospitality such as weddings, conferences, restaurant, and the day-to-day servery for the athletes that stay on site. You will be driving forward world class standards for our world class facility.

About you

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Lilleshall, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.

Previous Kitchen experience, ideal position for a chef de partie / sous chef looking to advance their career and food safety qualifications level 2 are essential to be considered for this role.

You will need to be fully flexible with the working pattern to cover mornings, evenings, and weekends. This is for weddings, functions, restaurant and servery as site requirement.
There will also be occasional overtime on offer
