Summary

Support Workers – North Baddesley Area

Salary: £30567 per annum + Sleep ins £63.92 + Benefits

Contract: Full-time positions available

12 hour shifts 4 days a week

Must be a car driver due to location

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children? We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a well-established and reputable employer in the North Baddesley area.

The home is a 3 bed bungalow, it supports individuals with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours and additional health needs.

What we’re looking for in a Support Worker:

• Previous experience working with adults or young people in similar settings (e.g. residential care, education, youth work)

  
  

• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and helping them reach their full potential

  
  

• Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills

  
  

• Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
