Summary

Vibe Recruit are proud to be recruiting for a GP Outbound Caller to join a friendly, supportive and growing team in Sittingbourne.

Our client provides specialist medical nutrition products and equipment to patients who are enterally fed. This role plays an important part in ensuring patients receive the supplies they need to support their ongoing health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact GP surgeries by phone and email to request prescriptions

• Resolve any prescription discrepancies or queries

• Liaise closely with the in-house pharmacy team to ensure orders are processed correctly

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Manage your daily workload, working to team priorities

• Support the team with general administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Confident, professional telephone manner

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Competent IT ability and willingness to learn new systems

• Ability to multitask (e.g. speaking on the phone while updating the system)

• Team player with a positive approach

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00-17:30 (Full time, office based, 1 hour unpaid lunch) Pay Rate: £13.00 Per Hour
