Are you a dedicated Nurse Associate looking for the chance to build your skills and progress in your career?
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a rewarding role where you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience in complex care — supporting children and young people to live safely and thrive.

Location: Home-based with travel across Hull and Doncaster also
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with our clinical team to help set up new complex care packages — contributing to care plans and risk assessments
  • Gaining mentorship experience by supporting, guiding, and training care staff in specialist clinical tasks
  • Playing an active role in reviewing and updating clinical documentation to ensure safe, person-centred care
  • Monitoring care delivery and helping drive continuous improvement in quality
  • Building positive relationships with children, young people, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Supporting a varied caseload, including both paediatric and adult complex care packages

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Nursing Associate with current NMC registration
  • Experience in complex care or learning disabilities (adult or paediatric)
  • Confidence in writing and reviewing clinical documentation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload effectively
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and commitment to the NMC Code
  • Competent using IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in training/sign-off is desirable — but not essential, as full support will be provided
