Outreach Employment Advisor needed in Bexley
The rate is £19.16ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: OR16880
The successful candidate will support those who have been out of work for longer periods who might need extra help to move back into employment.
They will work with adult job seekers who are preparing to move into employment, helping them to identify and address the barriers that make this difficult by providing exemplary, advice and signposting to relevant services. They will be fully involved in and attend community events to support local recruitment needs including jobs fairs, employer open days and outreach events, redundancy projects delivered on and off-site.
