Aqumen Recruitment is hiring Weekend Production Operators for one of the UK’s leading plastic manufacturing companies based in Rotherham. This is a great opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for steady weekend work with excellent pay and full training provided.

Pay and Hours:

• Training: Up to 2 weeks, Monday to Friday (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) at £12.21 per hour

  
  

• Weekend shifts: £17 per hour

  
  

• Shift pattern: 6am–6pm, Saturday and Sunday

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team stacking products, trimming plastic and performing manual handling tasks

    
    

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure smooth production flow

    
    

  • Follow all health and safety procedures

    
    

  • Support general production duties as required

    
    

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Available to complete weekday training and then work regular weekend shifts

      
      

    • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

      
      

    • Comfortable with physical work and working in a manufacturing environment
