Are you a compassionate and motivated leader looking for a rewarding role in social care? We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in a residential care home supporting 12 adults with a learning disability.

About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the home, supporting both residents and staff. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, providing leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supporting the day-to-day management of the home
✔ Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of support staff
✔ Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and policies
✔ Developing and implementing care plans to meet residents' needs
✔ Working a variety of shifts, including alternate weekends
✔ Being on-call as required for the home

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience working with adults with a learning disability in a residential setting
✔ Supervisory or leadership experience in a social care environment
✔ A compassionate and proactive approach to care
✔ Knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding policies
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) – Level 5 desirable
