Whether you’re an experienced Carer, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), or new to care, we’ll provide full training and support to help you thrive.
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting people in their own homes so they can live safely and independently. Your role will include:
Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Administering medications
Companionship & emotional support
Meal preparation & monitoring dietary needs
Light housekeeping & maintaining a safe environment
Assisting with mobility (transfers, moving safely)
Accurate record keeping
We’re especially looking for carers to cover:
Early mornings (7am – 9am)
Evenings (7pm – 10pm)
Either alternate weekends or the same set day every weekend
We welcome applications from both experienced carers and those new to care – if you have a caring and compassionate nature, we’ll give you the training you need.
Our management team provide out-of-hours support, a bespoke support network, and a genuine focus on your work-life balance. With many years of experience, they will guide and support you in building a long-term career in care.
Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Care Worker:
Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
Administer medications safely as per guidance
Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
Support with mobility assistance (e.g. transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
Keep accurate care records and daily observations
Requirements for Care Assistant :
Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance is a must
Right to work in the UK
Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide full training
