Waking Night Support Worker – Wells | £15.08 per hour | Part-Time (20 hrs)

We’re looking for someone special to join a strong, supportive team for waking night shifts, providing person-centred care for individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting an individual with complex health needs (including epilepsy and cerebral palsy) in their family home.
• Assisting with bedtime routine, monitoring overnight via video, and performing hourly checks.
• Being observant and ready to act according to the epilepsy care plan.
• Occasionally helping with morning routines (showering, dressing, breakfast).
Shift pattern: 21:00–07:00 (Monday & Wednesday nights, with some flexibility).

• A compassionate, patient, and reliable person.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• No experience? No problem! We’ll train you – all you need is empathy and willingness to learn.
