Crynodeb
Job Responsibilities:
1、Directly engage with buyer teams from major UK national supermarkets or large-scale offline retailers, such as Tesco and Sainsbury's, to lead the entire process from vendor onboarding and category introduction negotiations through to achieving nationwide listing.
2、Independently responsible for negotiating all trade terms to secure favorable commercial conditions for the company.
3、Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with key retail channel buyers, leveraging sales data to drive in-store penetration and shelf share growth.
4、Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment and service level targets are met, effectively controlling fines and returns.
Qualifications:
1、Possess direct and effective relationships with designated contacts or access paths to buyer teams at leading UK supermarkets or retail channels.
2、Demonstrable track record of successfully independently leading and completing the entire process from initial supplier engagement to nationwide listing.
3、Proficient in trade term negotiations, with excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
4、Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
