The Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced partners, nurses, and administrative staff to provide high-quality medical services to our diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified GP looking for a supportive first role, with mentorship, development opportunities, and a clear pathway to long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to registered patients. Conduct a range of consultations, including face-to-face, telephone, and online appointments. Manage acute, chronic, and preventative healthcare needs. Contribute to clinical decision-making, multidisciplinary team meetings, and case reviews. Participate in duty doctor sessions and home visits (as appropriate). Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using the practices IT systems (e.g. EMIS Web). Support the delivery of QOF, IIF, and local enhanced services. Engage in audit, significant event analysis, and quality improvement activities.
