Adult Specialist Services, within the Community Care Division of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a Team Administrator / PA to support their Heads of Service within Adult Specialist Services.

Primarily based in Brighton General Hospital, travel will be expected across Sussex to other venues and for meetings.

Experience taking minutes and extensive diary management is essential for this role.

ToprovideafullrangeofadministrativesupporttotheHeads of Services and Senior Management Team within the Adult Specialist Services.

Liaisewithanddealinaprofessional andhelpful mannerwith Heads of services and Deputy Heads of Services and senior PA’s in-person, by telephone, and via MS Teams.

Word processing of reports and letters, including amending and tidying documentsandworkpreparedbyothers,draftingroutinecorrespondencefor approval by Managers and without reference sending out routine correspondence using software packages as appropriate, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Minutetakingandcreationofactionlogsathigh-level managementmeetings, utilizing Teams recording/transcribing facility as appropriate.

Organising and maintaining databases and processing forms, keeping office systemsuptodate,devisingandmaintainingefficientfiling,clerical andoffice systems, and providing general secretarial support the Senior ManagementTeam
