Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Moorgate, London Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Call Out: 1 in 14 rotation

About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team at a prestigious commercial office building in Moorgate. You’ll be responsible for delivering high standards of planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation and safety of all electrical systems and building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the site.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
- Support building services operations including lighting, power, and emergency systems.
- Participate in a 1-in-14 call-out rota.
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team to maintain a high-quality service environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Good understanding of general HVAC and mechanical systems (desirable).
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
