Your duties will include:
• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene
• Helping residents with eating meals and drinks
• Creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe and valued
• Assisting with light cleaning duties as required
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high standards of care
• Building positive, trusting relationships with residents
