Job Overview
-Contract: PermanentType: Full time Hours: 35Pay/Salary: £24,108.36 Location: Coventry - Ryton-on-Dunsmore - near Compass - London Road
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across a large and diverse site, including:
-Office spaces
-Training facilities
-Residential accommodation
This role is essential for ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for staff, trainees, and visitors.
Main Duties
-Daily cleaning of offices, classrooms, communal areas, and residential spaces.
-Follow cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning and infection control.
-Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls).
-Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
-Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
-Support special cleaning tasks during events or inspections.
What we are looking for
-Experience in commercial/institutional cleaning (desirable).
-Ability to work independently and in a team.
-Good attention to detail and time management.
-Understanding of COSHH and safe chemical handling.
-Flexibility for early mornings
-Accepting Term Time individuals to suit
