We're hiring a dedicated Complex Care Team Leader in Chippenham, Wiltshire, to support a vibrant young woman with complex clinical needs (including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning difficulties).
This unique position blends hands-on care with vital staff leadership, ensuring outstanding support for a client who loves cycling, swimming, and new adventures!
The Opportunity:
- Pay: £18.04 Per Hour.
- Hours: 48 Hours Per Week (Two 24-hour shifts: 10:00 – 22:00 + sleep-in), including weekend work.
What You'll Do:
- Leadership: Motivate and supervise the care team, manage rotas, conduct assessments, and act as the main point of contact for external professionals.
- Support: Provide compassionate, hands-on complex care, including personal routines (hoists) and medication, helping the client live life to the fullest.
- You Must Have: Proven experience in Complex Care in a leadership role ( Senior / Team Leader/ Supervisor, Manager, etc) and excellent communication skills.
