Crynodeb

To work with Alabaré’s Head of Mental Health and Second Steps Service and Partnerships Manager in the development, implementation and management of new and existing services within the BSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership, within your locality. To manage Senior Recovery Navigators and Recovery Navigators, oversee day-to-day service delivery whilst building relationships and working collaboratively with partner agencies. To participate in internal and external stakeholder activities and deputise for the Senior Service and Partnership Manager where appropriate.

The Service:

The aim of the service is to provide a multi-professional and collaborative approach to personalised mental health care, within a Psychologically, Adversity and Trauma-informed framework. The integrated pathway approach will support people with moderate to severe mental health needs who may not meet diagnostic thresholds for secondary care services. The service will focus on supporting complexity, encompassing physical health and wider social needs. Support will be provided in a flexible manner, with interventions tailored to people’s needs, without multiple referrals or repeated assessments to access these interventions. A key role for these teams is to take a place-based view to ensure that the right services are established for the local population, addressing, and advancing work to tackle entrenched health inequalities.
