Summary
Job Description:
Owen Payne Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Engagement Promoter for our client based in Lichfield (WS14).
This position is 12 weeks temp to perm.
***Please note - Due to the location of the role you need to be able to drive****
Hours & Days of Work:
• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5pm
The specific duties include:
• Engage proactively with customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote the benefits of using the company and encourage customers to sign up for an account.
• Inspire positive customer feedback and online reviews by delivering exceptional service.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
• Respond to customer questions confidently, directing them to the online contact form when appropriate.
• Bring energy, positivity, and initiative to every shift—adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Experience Required:
• Experience in face-to-face customer interaction, ideally in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Skilled in active listening and asking questions to understand customer needs and journeys.
• Background in promoting products or services, including upselling or encouraging sign-ups.
Pay Rate:
• £16 per hour
