Job Overview:
Pumpmasters Ltd, a leading provider of pumps and water treatment. We supply, repair, install, and carry out servicing in Scotland. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance/Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of various pumps, pumping equipment, water filters, and UV equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on pumps, pumping equipment, pressure vessels, water filters, and UV equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Punctual & able to work unsupervised to ensure tasks timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years Mechanical and Electrical engineering knowledge.
- Proficiency in mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Candidates with previous experience in pump repairs and/or water treatment equipment are desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Fluent in English for clear communication with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide a maintenance team effectively.
Immediate start date available for the right candidates.
Salary scale is dependent on experience and ability to be up to speed to work alone on jobs.

* Live within 35 miles of Livingston
* Be permitted to work in the UK.
* Have a relevant engineering qualification
