We are seeking an inspiring and commercially minded Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will shape how visitors experience Tullie, driving operational excellence and income growth across our visitor experience, retail, and catering teams.
You’ll lead and motivate a large front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service every day, ensuring all our spaces are welcoming, safe, and inclusive. You’ll oversee our retail and catering operations, using your commercial insight to grow income and strengthen performance. From analysing key KPIs and developing new commercial opportunities, to maintaining high standards of visitor care, this is a role where creativity, leadership and strategic thinking come together.
As part of our management team, you’ll play an active role in shaping Tullie’s future — influencing how we deliver our visitor experience, supporting sustainability goals, and contributing to exciting projects that will redefine our museum over the next decade.
If you’re passionate about culture, people and performance and thrive in a fast-paced, visitor-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
