Ward 41 is seeking a dynamic Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team in delivering high-quality care to patients on our 24-bed acute medical ward.

As a key member of our team, you will:
• Act as Deputy to the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, regularly taking charge of the ward.
• Ensure high standards of care and a safe, supportive environment for patients.
• Lead by example, providing direct clinical care and supporting governance initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to maintain and improve care standards.
• Integrate evidence-based practice into daily care delivery.
