Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service? Join our Student Records team in a pivotal role supporting the full student lifecycle — from application and enrolment through to graduation.

In this busy and varied role, you will contribute to the implementation of processes and procedures relating to student records. You’ll work closely with academic Schools, central departments, and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely data management.

As part of our team, you will:

Process qualification verification requests and manage official documentation for students and graduates, including the production of certificates.
Liaise with the Student Loans Company (SLC) to ensure accurate reporting of registration, attendance, and changes in student circumstances.
Act as a point of reference for data quality and assurance, promoting best practice across student records.
Respond to a high volume of enquiries from applicants, students, graduates, staff, and external organisations.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

Please refer to the Person Specification and ensure your application clearly addresses each criterion, demonstrating your relevant skills and experience and focusing on what you as an individual can bring to the role.

For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Sarah Marshall, Head of Student Records, via email at: s.l.marshall@tees.ac.uk

If you are shortlisted, your interview will take place in person. Please note that the University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy.

Interviews will take place on 4 December 2025.
