Care workers provide a flexible and adaptive service which responds to the needs and wishes of the clients, enabling positive outcomes.
The Role.
Age UK York’s Care at Home is a domiciliary care service that provides personal care to people living within their own homes whilst maintaining their independence. Services are provided to adults with a wide range of health care and social care needs, including physical disabilities, mental health needs and dementia.
This could include:
Assisting in/out of bed.
Preparation and serving serving of meals.
Administering medication.
Personal care including bathing and showering.
Social Calls.
