Summary
Vehicle Technician (LCV)
Location: Derby, East Midlands
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 NO WEEKENDS
Salary: Basic: Up £36,500 DOE Plus Bonus OTE £42,500
Are you an experienced and qualified LCV Vehicle Technician looking for your next career move? We’re looking for a skilled professional who can carry out servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles, while working as part of a supportive and established aftersales team.
Whether you’re currently working in a franchised dealership or an independent garage, if you’ve got the drive to deliver exceptional service and top-quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and fault diagnosis efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards
- Completing visual health checks and reporting findings
- Ensuring all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent
- MOT testing licence preferred (not essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a workshop environment
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Full UK driving licence
