About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Centre Assistant Team Leader in our Belfast test Centre. The purpose of this role is to act as the appointed Duty Manager in the absence of the Centre Manager or Team Leader, assuming all responsibilities for the operations of any London and the South Test Points. You will support the day to day operations of the region’s SELT Test Points, ensuring compliance with Trinity’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, in order to maintain the security and integrity of the tests. You will also act as the first point of contact for any candidate or examiner concerns, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and report any issues with a critical and supportive approach.

This role is made up of 40 hours a week, worked over five days between Monday and Sunday. Office operating hours are between 8.15am- 6.30pm and weekend availability will be required. Shift patterns will be determined by rota.
