Summary
The Island Bakery is one of Scotland's foremost bakery businesses, producing an award-winning range of organic biscuits under its own brand and for some of the UK's top retailers. We operate from our small factory In Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, with a team totalling just 40 people.
You would be joining the small management team to look after everything relating to sales to our UK and international trade customers, encompassing -
- Account management
Managing promotions, trade advertising, price changes and new product introductions - Administering customer deliveries
Booking deliveries, completing customs and other paperwork, dealing with delivery issues - General business management and administration
