What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Holds English Language and Maths at GCSE Grade 4 or above
• Has a minimum 3 years’ experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a special school or secondary setting.
• Demonstrates a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach.
• Is confident in managing behaviour and promoting positive relationships.
• Is committed to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
