Job Title: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Location: Cambridgeshire

Pay Rate: £30-35 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary, Ongoing

Hours: Part-time, Full-time

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for knowledgeable and engaging Health and Social Care Lecturers to join leading colleges across Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to find a role that suits you perfectly, enabling you to make an immediate impact on the students you'll teach.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care courses.
  • Support and motivate students with your expert knowledge to achieve their potential.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best results.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent).
  • A degree in Health and Social Care or a closely related subject.
  • Experience teaching Health and Social Care at a range of levels, ideally within a further education or college setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
