A fantastic opportunity has become available to play an integral role within the Inspire Centre team on a fixed-term contract.
Following the recent award of significant funding from the Football Foundation, we are embarking on the development of two state-of-the-art outdoor 3G football pitches. A comprehensive project plan has been approved and will be delivered by the Inspire Centre team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the project’s administration, assisting development groups with planning, data collection, and reporting progress to management.
As this is a fixed-term position, responsibilities will also include providing support across various functions within the Inspire Centre, including covering one to two commercial evening shifts per week (typically 2:00pm – 10:00pm).
We are seeking a highly motivated team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset and a flexible approach to supporting both project and administrative functions across multiple workstreams. A strong understanding of project management principles would be a significant advantage in this role.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and proactive, with proven experience in project coordination, administrative support, and business development. They will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, adapt to evolving priorities, and contribute meaningfully to the success of key initiatives.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointments are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

When we shortlist potential candidates, we will inform those who have been shortlisted that online search maybe conducted as part of the due diligence checks. The college will ensure to communicate the lawful basis on which this personal information will be collected.
