You’ll focus on creating a culture of high performance, wellbeing, and retention—ensuring that supervision and support are delivered in line with HR policies and that staff feel valued and empowered. You’ll oversee the delivery of person-centred support planning, ensuring services meet the highest standards and respond effectively to customer needs. By fostering strong partnerships with third-party agencies, you’ll help create a holistic, 360-degree approach to support. You’ll also take ownership of performance monitoring, reporting key indicators, and maintaining strong relationships with commissioning teams.
What we’re looking for
Significant experience managing domestic abuse or similar support services.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, housing law, and person-centred support.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver impactful services.
A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Excellent communication, IT, and report-writing skills.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
