Summary
To have overall responsibility of a nursery room. To lead the room staff team as well as being part of that team. To encourage good working relationships, give advice, support and resolve difficulties within the room. Providing a harmonious working environment where staff feel supported to express their own ideas.In the absence of the Manager and the Deputy Manager to be in charge of the nursery. Including opening and locking up.
