Crynodeb
LAFSS supports children and families in providing short break activities for children with Disabilities. This post will involve the supervision of staff, managing groups , home visits and assessments of children and supporting plans and risk assessments. This role involves working weekends and evenings and unsociable hours as the service works weekdays and all holidays.
The Grade 6 post involves supporting the manager with supervision of staff Grade 4 , managing sickness and supporting training and development of the team , leading groups and management of staff.
